Standard Orders
These timeframes average estimates. Delivery may be made earlier (for eg in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) or later (for eg Darwin, Perth). Your order will ship via eParcel Standard, eParcel Express or TNT Express.
Remote Areas: Australia is a big place, remote areas of WA, NT, QLD, SA, Tasmania may take up to 13 days to arrive regardless of shipping method chosen. Please check with Australia post shipping estimates if you're in a remote area and you are concerned with delivery times. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance.
Super Express & Express Orders
Order will generally arrive overnight if you are in the Express Post Network. Please note that this occurs 95% of the time, however sometimes orders are delayed slightly in the AusPost network. This is unfortunately an unavoidable reality of AusPost. Your order will ship via eParcel Express Post.
We cannot ship overnight to remote areas or areas outside the express post network. For these areas, your order may ship via a standard service regardless of the method chosen.

Order Tracking

All orders are provided with a tracking number supplied by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will contact you and suggest a similar product at no extra cost. If you wish to proceed with the similar product, we will cancel your back ordered and replace this with the new item. If you wish to go ahead with the original ordered product, we will ship the product after our back orders are fulfilled with the rest of your order. If there are tight time frames to work with, we suggest swapping the product to avoid any delays. We will advise ETA on back orders when known.
